My classes are for a whole body workout. They will work the smaller often forgotten muscles which in turn will aid stabilisation of the spine and improve core strength.  The classes will enhance your flexibility and endurance. The emphasis will be on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  The classes are for all abilities as modifications, adaptations and progressions will be given to aid your precision.
