I offer 1:2:1 reformer sessions that can transform your body using a state of the art reformer. The reformer is designed to work and strengthen the whole of your body using resistance work to help to achieve long, lean toned muscles. You will gain core strength, fitness and flexibility in a way that is gentle on your body.
I also work with clients wishing to strengthen areas of their body after an injury.
I will plan a programme based on your goals and areas you want to work on. Whether it's recovering from an injury or wanting to work on increasing strength and fitness, I will work on a plan tailored to you and your body.
