The The classes

 The classes will work to balance all muscle groups', develop  strength and  flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging your muscles with each movement. Pilates mat work is a fun yet challenging and safe method to sculpt your body and help you perform better in daily tasks!

Pilates is for Everyone

It doesn't matter what your age, fitness, gender or size is, Pilates is for all bodies. It can be as gentle as needed or as challenging as desired.  I will tailor the exercises to the individual, offering modifications and progressions.

Pilates is extremely effective for those recovering from injuries, for women who are pre and post natal, or for anyone who is looking to strengthen their muscles to work efficiently and improve muscle imbalances. I have worked on a 1:2:1 basis to also help people recover from injuries and muscle pain.

How often should I do Pilates?

It is beneficial to practise Pilates
2-3 times per week to achieve the most effective results.

Group Classes

All classes are mixed ability classes with different levels offered to suit your fitness level and needs. Small classes to ensure you get the attention you need. I often use small equipment to add variations and adaptions to exercises.

£60 if booking a block of 6 sessions, or £12 payg


Small group

A Small group of up to 6 would be a great way to work out at work in your lunch hour or to get a small group of family and friends together to have a private class. 
This would enable you to work out at your convenience and in the comfort of your own home.

Flow  1:1

 If you find it difficult getting to a class, are new to Pilates or haven't exercised in a while, a 1:1 session gives you the opportunity to work with me at your own pace and level to become familiar to Pilates or to progress your exercises at the level you need.  I also offer 1:2:1 reformer sessions at my home.

Reformer 1:2:1

 I offer 1:2:1 reformer sessions that can transform your body using a state of the art reformer. The reformer is designed to work and strengthen the whole of your body using resistance work to help to achieve long, lean toned muscles. You will gain core strength, fitness and flexibility in a way that is gentle on your body. 



I also work with clients wishing to strengthen areas of their body after an injury.

I will plan a programme based on your goals and areas you want to work on.  Whether it's recovering from an injury or wanting to work on increasing strength and fitness, I will work on a plan tailored to you and your body.

Cancellation policy 

 There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for 1:2:1s otherwise you will be charged the whole price. 

Please let me know if you can't make a class and I will see if I have space in another class to catch up. 

If you are on a block booking there is no refund but if there is a space in another class that week you could come along to that instead.
